Ditto and the quest of the Three Brothers
First – I know that this quest isn’t called ‘three brothers’ and isn’t really anything close to that, and it doesn’t have anything to do with the Harry Potter Deathly Hallows story either, but after doing it, I just think of it as ‘Three Brothers Quest’ so that’s just what I’m going to call it, sorry.
Our story starts with Ditto lost, as usual, and just randomly following the yellow arrow and getting into a random and unexpected boss fight, and then talking to a blind mouse, and then there’s a story about a music box, and then I’m off and fighting!
I have to say, for a random side quest playing on the Three Blind Mice nursery rhyme, this whole set of quests was charming and fun, and the ultimate payoff was really sweet! The fights were all good but not overwhelming, and there were no annoying ‘kill 37 random things until they drop that one random item’ type quest components, which really annoy me.
Overall this was a fun little side quest with just enough excitement and a really good payoff. I hope you liked watching me play – please like and subscribe to the videos and feel free to drop me a note if you like –
Ditto explores the Fantastic Voyage Bundle in Wizard101
All week, Ditto has been exploring the fun and exciting Fantastic Voyage bundle for Wizard101! In the bundle you get a set of armor, the Abyssal Warriors’ suit, which looks great and has strong stats; you get the Eel Whip weapon, which I thought was going to be creepy because – eel – but it looks great and has some really good ‘May Cast’ spells on it. You also get a mechanical shark mount, which looks really cool, it’s a very unique looking mount (and I thought it was appropriate for Shark Week) and a Very adorable ‘Peppy Porpoise Pet’ – it’s so cute, just swimming along with you!
Hey, whatever happened to that Ditto guy??
So once again Ditto has been offline longer than intended – full disclosure, I have bronchitis, so doing any recording (or anything more than, say, coughing a lot) has been problematic. Sorry about that – after everything else and my big lack of updates in 2016 in general (that was just the worst year, wasn’t it??) I really did make a promise to myself to give my fans at least a few videos a week, and I’ve had to backtrack on that a bit – I am sorry about that, but with the bronchitis I’ve had to rest a lot more. I’m sure you all understand….
I have still been playing Wizard101 a bunch and I’m still having a ton of fun, I really am!! I’m playing through Khrysalis (still – I know…) and I’m still getting back into the swing of things as far as the streaming goes, but I’m on the mend and will definitely be focusing on lots more streaming coming soon. I think I’m really going to focus on Wizard101 (and probably more Pirate101, since I do love the story there) but my experiments with other game streams did not go as well as I had hoped – I’m the Wizard101 monster, so I’m thinking I should focus on what I do best, right?? That makes sense, right?
Finally – my last video, which I think has some audio issues and a complete lack of focus because, as I said, bronchitis and such… I don’t know if I ever posted it anywhere so here it is… Not much there, but hey, it’s still fun, right?
So what else do people want to see? How can Ditto revitalize his channel once he comes back from all this? Thoughts? Ideas? Clever limericks?
Ditto versus Death Month! Is the bloggy thingy really needed?
Ditto is once again adventuring in the spiral, still working his way through Khrysalis (yes, two worlds behind right now… working on it) – This is an intense one with a big boss fight, against this crazy death moth boss monster…
I’m curious – is the Bloggy Thingy still needed? Just about all my content is YouTube and Twitch and Twitter, so people don’t really need to go through the blog to get my new stuff (and in fact the newest stuff is on Twitch and YouTube well before I post it here….) – I don’t get much in the way of comments or fan interaction here, so I’m wondering if there’s anything other than contests that people come here for? Leave a comment if there’s anything you come to the bloggy thingy for, and if there’s more that you’d like to see here? Non-video non-gameplay posts, anything like that??
Ditto was Definitely Abducted by Aliens….
So Alien Abduction is the story I’m sticking to… Totally true, that’s what happened, the end….
Here is a new gameplay video, with Ditto delving deep into Khrysalis, fighting monsters to get stinky stuff to get through spiderwebs… And then it got really crazy!! Thankfully I met up with a great pick up group who helped me in the intense battle for the Moon Gem… It was a lot of fun – I’m so glad to get back from my alien encounter so I can play again! The audio does get messed up in there a bit – I have some technical issues, but it’s not too bad…
I’ll be back on and streaming more, now that the aliens let me go, but I’m not sure what to do about The Daring Adventures of Ditto? I’ve been out of the game so long, I’m not even sure where to start but hey, if people are still interested I can probably get Miss Narrator out of cold storage and start putting together some all new daring adventures… Ditto’s Daring Adventures in the grocery store, daring adventures at the DMV, daring adventures eating pizza… could be fun, right?

Ditto Returns to Wizard101 and gets into a Boss Fight!
After an extended absence, Ditto returns to the fun of Wizard101 and, of course, gets right into a big scary boss fight. It’s a big fight and Ditto pulls in some help right away – I’m rusty! It’s a fun return, and thanks to everyone who joined me live!!

So Ditto is back after an extended break (ok, nap, I overslept a bit…) and after checking emails he found a whole bunch of crowns codes to give away!! What better way to come back then giving away some codes, right? So that’s what I’m going to do – and I’ll make it super simple, because I’m just getting back into the swing of things.

The Ducky Did It….
So Ditto hasn’t been around for a little while – or a long while, depending on your concept of time. There hasn’t been anything specific keeping me away, just a confluence of things that have been keeping me away from the computer and away from gaming in general. I was feeling pretty bad about it, too, and thank you for the emails and DMs asking if I was OK – yes, I’m totally fine, it’s just that sometimes real life gets in the way of the virtual, even for a furry monster. Then, for April Fools’ day, I say a post in my feed and had to immediately click it and then immediately log back into my beloved Wizard101 because, well…

For Wizard101, Ditto has the adorable new ‘Lovely Leopard’ pet – so cute and cuddly!! Such an adorable pet – very fun to train up!
In Pirate101 Ditto has the new Festival pet ‘Huggle Hoggle’, a cute pirate pig ready to lend a hand – I love the hat and beard!!
Now how do you win one of these adorable pets? It’s simple – send an email to DittoContest@gmail.com with the subject ‘Friendship’ and in the email, add your wizard or pirate name. In the email, tell me what pet you would like – Wizard Pet or Pirate Pet – and then give it a cute name, like ‘Little Miss FuzzyFace’ or ‘Buddy the Bearded WonderPig’. The names do NOT have to be real Spiral names – make them cute and funny and silly, have fun with it!

Ditto and Friends in Khrysalis!
Back in Wizard101, Ditto throws a lever and enters another part of the dreaded Khrysalis hive! Ditto’s clever disguise is still working, and he is actually asked to do things like put out fires and collect pollen – so exciting!
Finally, Ditto turns the tables on his enemies and helps one of his Burrower allies escape in an amazing boss fight! He has help from some other players and gets to see the most amazing Cthulhu-level death spell… awesome stuff!

Ditto is back in Wizard101 and is deep in the depths of the very spooky Khrysalis! There are giant bug monsters, stolen plans, spies, mice – all kinds of excitement!! This is a spooky fun world and Ditto can’t wait to see what happens next!!

Ditto Finishes Azteca – Ultimate Meteor Strike!!
So Ditto has finally done it and completed Azteca! I was not able to record it, because there is still a lot of holiday ‘stuff’ going on and I still haven’t solved my broadcasting issues – I might need to use something other than OBS to stream, I’m still looking into it.
Today I had a long stretch of free time that wasn’t being taken up by holiday visits or caroling or eating pie (we’re out of pie, I’m so distraught) and decided that I wanted to finally get through Azteca – I’d ben sitting at the Celestial Bow for weeks because I wanted to stream the big final battle, but honestly I just wanted to start making progress again so today I took the plunge!

I’ve had a few fun videos of my in Wizard101 lately that I’ve posted to my YouTube channel, but haven’t done any blog posts lately, so here’s a few videos together.
I’m still have some connectivity issues I’m working through, so the videos can start and stop somewhat randomly.

It’s that time of year again – snow falls gently in The Spiral and holiday cheer fills the air!! It’s always fun and festive in Wizard City and elsewhere, and I want to share that with you, Dittos fans!!
For this season, I want to do a screenshot contest! Send me your best Wizard101 Holiday screenshot, of whatever kind of Wizard celebration you want to show! A gathering of friends in your house, a pile of presents under a palm tree in Krokotopia, or just a nice shot of you and your pet dressed for the season in front of some snow-covered trees – use your imagination, but make sure it’s fun and festive! Ditto shows off his house and takes on Olympus in Wizard101
More Wizard101 Action for Ditto, a few fun videos this time!
First off, Ditto shows everyone his Polarian Explorers’ Bundle!! It’s a great bundle with a cool shipwreck house, an armored narwhal mount, an ADORABLE little penguin pet, and lots more!!
Polaris!! (Sort of…) Wizard101
OK, so Ditto has not yet experienced the world of Polaris, but he has the next best thing with the amazing Polarian Explorers’ Bundle, now available at GameStop!
Ditto just happened to get his furry paws on the bundle, and it is VERY nice – I’m really enjoying it so far! It comes with the standard bundle stuff – a house, a mount, an ADORABLE pet, Explorer’s Gear armor and pickaxe…
One thing that really impresses me about this bundle is the ice – the house is the ‘Polarian Shipwreck House’ and it’s a really well designed shipwreck trapped in ice, and that shimmering blue ice is so beautiful! It really is an impressive effect and I just love it. The sky is really beautiful too – it’s all designed so well! I also love how areas of the ice are actually ‘slippery’ for your character and you can slip and slide around – it’s a fun change in physics!
The house also has some secret passages and other fun areas to explore – it’s not the biggest house KingsIsle has released, but it’s very well designed and the details are beautiful. There’s also an ice skating rink inside the house that I’m sure would make for some really fun parties!
The mount is an interesting one, the ‘Battle Narwhal’ – we’ve had a cool whale amount before this, of course, but this one is pretty incredible looking; that point looks pretty severe! The animations are nice, too – it might not replace my preferred dinosaur mounts, but he looks great ‘swimming’ around the shipwreck.
And then there is the penguin!!! Oh my GLOB how cute is this little guy!! He’s so cute and fluffy!! Look at his little top hat and bow tie! Squeee!
For the armor and wand – The Explorer’s Gear armor and Pickaxe – I kind of made a mistake and took the rank 11 (level 100) armor, so I can’t wear it yet, but from what I’ve seen it looks pretty cool… I’ll try to get screenshots.
So that’s the new bundle; it’s nice, with some new features we haven’t seen in housing before, and if you like icy landscapes I think this is much nicer looking than the original Ice School house – my personal opinion of course.
I’ll plan on streaming a tour of the place soon, too – I don’t think the screen shots quite do it justice.
Ditto versus The Baron of Nightmares – Halloween Wizard101
Ditto is tasked to defeat the dreaded Baron Mordecai, the Baron of Nightmares! Of course this baron isn’t really much of a threat to Level 95 Ditto, so I had some fun with it… trying to put as much damage on as I could with a big Sky Serpent spell. We make our own fun sometimes. 🙂
