A Very Exciting World!
I was looking around in Wizard City and was really amazed by all the people there, flying on brooms or dragons, casting spells, or showing off their pets. I definitely know I want a pet!! And some day maybe a dragon! I can’t believe how alive and exciting the world is! I do hope there are other Fabricated Americans playing the game and that we can meet up!
I haven’t really started questing yet, I’m still learning my way through the halls of Ravenwood school. I am in the Fire School (so excited about that!) but I guess I need to choose a second school – not sure what will be best there? Anyone have any suggestions?
One last thing – outside of the game I am finding a HUGE number of fun Wizard 101 sites and fan pages that I’m starting to follow, sites like Diary of a Wizard and Mythspent Youth are great to read, thanks for making them!
Thanks for reading! I hope you are enjoying your studies at Ravenwood. The teachers there are wonderful! Professor Greyrose will always be my favorite eventhough I am a Death student.
Love your videos!

Oh yes I am enjoying it very much, though there seems to be a lot of fighting… Must have started school on a bad week. So far I’ve been attacked by skeletal pirates, dark fairies, and ghosts – and I haven’t even met my teacher yet! It is fun though, and I will be posting lots more videos! Hope that I will bump into you in the spiral…

Those skeletal pirates are bullies sometimes! I have confidence you will be victorious! I do recommend Life as secondary (at least to Sprite or Satyr) healing is great when playing alone or with friends. You can actually choose more than one school for your “secondary”. Your training points must be used in succession though..to reach a certain spell you have to learn all the previous spells. So it’s good to stick to one school before you move on to another.
My myth wizard trained in Life (to Satyr) and is now working on Storm. It great to have lots of cards in your arsenal.
BTW, email me a true friend code and we can meet up. I have some treasure cards just for Digby!

Hello DittoWizard and welcome to The Spiral!
My Pyromancer, Calamity, has asked me to advise you that Death is an excellent secondary school for a Pyromancer. Pyromancers are much too daring to have the safety net of Life spells. Miss Calamity has found the Ghoul and the Vampire very helpful in regaining health during battle, not to mention Link (a spell that only Pyromancers have). Calamity stopped her Death school training after Feint and then trained in Storm school through Storm Shark. She does lots of damage throughout The Spiral!
A fun way to do research before choosing a secondary school is to buy treasure cards from various schools at the Bazaar and take them for a test drive. Keep in mind that treasure cards are stronger than the standard school spells, so whatever spells you eventually spend training points on won’t pack the same punch.
I look forward to reading more about your adventures in The Spiral!
PLOX!

Well thank you very much for your reply, Christina. Your suggestion of death school sounds exciting and thrilling, but even though I am furry, I am also a chicken. We’re talking breaded cutlets here. I am thinking that the ‘safety net’ idea of life school is sounding pretty nice, but I will take your suggestion of trying these treasure cards and seeing which I prefer, thank you very much!
