Captain Ditto faces The Duck of Death – Part 1!!
Captain Ditto and crew arrive at Boot Hill and face down the dreaded Duck of Death and his fearsome minions!! Carl the camera-bear kinda messed up a bit – he started the camera before I was ready, and then it stopped recording for some reason before the end and Carl didn’t notice… kind of annoying, but I assure you, we DID win!!

Ditto begins his adventures in Azteca!!
First, With Spiral Key in hand, Ditto makes his way to the amazing lost world of Azteca!! Of course as soon as he makes it there, he gets in a fight…. Typical Ditto.
Ditto heads to Marleybone on the way to Azteca in Wizard101
After talking with Professor Drake, Ditto heads to Marleybone to touch a mysterious artifact – and gets transported to an observatory, gets in a fight with bug monsters, talks to a flying snake, finds a lost civilization, and gets the key to Azteca… I think that pretty much does it.

Leaving Avalon – The Battle with Pendragon
So I have finally conquered the realm of Avalon!! And Ditto was looking back at when we actually started this epic journey, thinking I’ve been working my way through Avalon for a few months… well, it’s been over a YEAR since I first got the key to Avalon! Now I did complete Wintertusk and did a lot of other stuff in that time, but wow, that took a LOT longer than I thought it would…
So anyway, the final battle of Avalon is with the dreaded Pendragon, who is, of course, a dragon. I wasn’t able to record it on video, as I did it over the Thanksgiving holidays and there were a lot of people in the house, but I did take some cool screen shots!!

Captain Ditto versus ‘Old Bird Jenkins’ in Pirate101
This is it, the final battle in silver mine against ‘Old Bird Jenkins’!! Apparently, Jenkins is the crazy old miner who has been training the blood bats to scare folks out of the silver mine! Captain Ditto and crew need to do battle with crazy old Jenkins and his wacky trained bloodbats!!
Once again I have my favorite cheering section behind me, my good friend Boo….
Captain Ditto faces the Big Boss Bloodbat in the Pirate101 Silver Mines
Even deeper within the Silver Mines, Captain Ditto and Crew now face down even MORE bloodbats, including the Big Bad Boss Bloodbat!! This boss has a nasty trick – he drains the life from his own minions to heal himself, so if you just keep attacking the boss, he basically takes out the minions for you!
And yes, Ditto has some help in this one – well, a cute cheering section at least… Being pet during a boss fight is both distracting and kind of nice.

Ditto faces down The House of Scales!
So Ditto wanted to check out the new ‘Four Dungeons’ experience and went to talk to my buddy Alhazred in Krokotopia to see about the problems they were having in the ‘House of Scales’… WOW what a dungeon, I definitely wasn’t expecting that! I don’t have a detailed write up guide or anything, and I wasn’t recording video as I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it was a long, intense, and really fun experience. I can say that all the bosses cheat, and that was annoying, definitely. One of the bosses took my Rain of Fire damage over time spell and cast it back on me – that was mean, that’s for sure. So much cheating, gah!
The story is one of daring heroism, pitting all my considerable Pyromancer’s skills against a horde of some kind of lizard monster things, to save the souls of the poor little manders! The final boss was Ammit the Devourer, who was creating an army out of the mander souls – it was pretty scary!
I had some help at first, a pick-up group of two others, but they left pretty early on and I wanted to keep going, so I’ll admit – I spent a bit more than I expected to on henchmen to get through this one! It was worth it though – the dungeon is very challenging and the storyline is good – but I’d say if you want to go through this definitely bring friends, there are some seriously tough battles…
Captain Ditto versus even BIGGER Blood Bats in Pirate101
Captain Ditto and crew are still deep in the silver mines, and are still fighting the bloodbats! This time the crew faces off against the ‘Stout Bloodbat’ – though I don’t think picking on his size will help the situation – along with his terrible minions.
Captain Ditto in the Silver Mines Part 1 – Bloodbat Troubles!
Captain Ditto and Crew talk to Bat Masterson – who is a bat, which is awesome – and head deep into the Silver Mine to collect silver for the silver bullets. Of course, to get the silver, he has to rid the mine of a nasty infestation of Blood Bats!
Captain Ditto saves a weasel and does some trainin’ in Pirate101
The life of a Swashbuckler isn’t always daring ship battles and thrilling heroics – to be a good captain one must make sure their crew is well trained. Trained and fully supplied with yum, of course. Here, Captain Ditto saves a weasel gambler and then trains up some crew members – fun fun fun!
Ditto explores the Evergreen Bundle in Wizard101
Ditto got himself an early holiday gift – the Evergreen Bundle! This is a great holidayish bundle – I say holiday’ish’ because while it’s not an out and out ‘holiday’ theme, like with snowmen and reindeer and the like, it does have a fun holiday vibe.
The Evergreen Armor has a great look to it, and I do love the Celestial Wolf pet – it’s a really nice looking mount and has great animations! I say the armor looks nice, and it really does, but the stats on the level 80 set I got weren’t quite as good as the Bazaar set I just put together, but they’re still a decent set of armor with good buffs and nice cards attached. I think the pet is cute too, but nothing will ever replace my Madame Jasmine!

Captain Ditto Appeases the Totems and learns the secret of the Duck of Death!
After defeating Three Scars, Captain Ditto and Crew talk to Raven Eyes and learns that the Totem spirits are appeased and he has brought peace to the Bison people – cool! He then talks to the Thunderbird totem and learns the secrets of his foe, the dreaded Duck of Death!!
Captain Ditto faces Three Scars and the Black Storm Bison in pirate101!
Once Ditto has defeated the Black Storm Bison, he has to face their leader, Three Scars, who apparently hangs out in the middle of a huge water spout / tornado thingy… This fight is intense and requires every ounce of Ditto’s seriously limited skill – will Captain Ditto and crew be victorious?

Captain Ditto is back!! He and his crew are deep in Cool Ranch, doing fierce battle with the Black Storm Bison, working their way up to Three Scars, their evil chief! Daring Ship to Ship combat, viscous battles, and lots of pie! OK, I was eating the pie off camera…

It’s ‘The Walking Ditto’!
Ditto is Back with a tale of woe, plus Contest Winners!!
So, a funny thing happened this past weekend. And by ‘funny’ I mean ‘really really annoying and inconvenient’ – we had a storm, and a lightening strike, and a power surge, and our cable modem went ‘bzzzt’ and that was pretty much that. Of course, because of our service contract thingy we had to get a new modem thingy shipped, so we had no modem thingy and no internet all week, until today when it came in.
Now, to understand how very annoying and inconvenient, not only was Ditto unable to post to his bloggy thingy or make any new videos, but Ditto and friends do not have cable – we ‘cut the cord’ as they say – so all of our TV and various entertainment, except for a couple ‘Muppet Show’ DVD box sets, requires our internet connection. This week has been… long.
So that’s a long way of saying it is GREAT to be back, and Ditto can FINALLY announce the winners of Ditto’s Spooky Story contest!! Yay!!!
