Fishing with Ditto – Create a Fish contest in Wizard101!!

Now that Ditto has wrapped up ‘Spiral Wars’ (and has taken a short break from Pirate101)  it’s time for a great new Wizard101 contest!!   The newest thing in Wizard101 is, of course, fishing, and is it fun!!  Find a nice quiet stretch of water, cast a spell, and try to land a whopper!  To celebrate this fun new pastime, Ditto has an all new contest with great fishing related prizes! So how do you win?  Well with such great prizes I want to see some creativity!  One of the trademarks of Wizard101 Fishing is the very interesting and whimsical fish you catch!  Boss Hog, Bear Acuda, Blackberry Jellyfish, and Goldfin-ger are just a few of the hilarious fish you can catch in The Spiral, and I want you to create a unique fish of your own!  Draw me a picture, give it a funny name, tell me what school it’s from.  Don’t forget to add in your wizard name too!  Send it to DittoContest@gmail.com  between now and Saturday the 23rd of August at midnight EST, and make the subject ‘Fishy Contest’.  Winners will be chosen and notified on Sunday August 24th.

As a clarification – when I say ‘Draw me a picture’ I mean create a picture in some way – draw it, paint it, screen capture it, photoshop it, or use any other method you prefer to convey what your fish looks like in the form of an image.  Use whatever you feel comfortable with – it’s the end result I’m interested in.

For the judging, We will choose our favorite fish for the single grand prize – this will only be given out to entries which are complete; that means they have all requirements met: a picture, name, school, and your wizard name.

For the five second place prizes we’ll also be choosing those out of the best entries, as runners-up.  Finally, the ten third place prizes will be given out by random draw from all remaining entries.

As always, only one entry per person please, and if you are under 13 make sure you have your parent’s permission.
