Ditto’s Week 2 Wizard101 Contest – Helping Others!
It took Ditto a while to come up with his Week 2 contest, and since we’re in the middle of what Ditto likes to consider ‘The Giving Season’, I want to encourage my fans and readers to help others – and give you big prizes for doing so!! Week 2 is all about helping out others, either in-game or in real life.
So how do you enter? Well, first you need to help someone. That could be helping someone with a quest or assisting a new player in-game, or it could be helping someone in real life to rake leaves, shovel snow, read a book to a younger sibling, put away the dishes… there are many options, the main point is that you’re helping out and doing something nice for someone.
When you’ve helped someone, I’d like to see a picture of it, especially a screenshot in the game, or a picture of you helping out in real life. Think safety first though – if you don’t want to send a picture, or if you feel like the picture shows personal information like where your house or school is please don’t send it, as I’m planning on posting the winners to my website. If you can’t take a picture, or the picture may have personal information in it, then you can just tell me how you helped and what you did in an email. Send your picture or screenshot or helping story to dittocontest@gmail.com along with your wizard name. You have until Saturday, December 15th at midnight(ish) to send me your entry. Unlike many of my contests, this won’t be a random drawing, I’m going to judge the winners myself (with help from Miss Narrator) and my decisions will be final. Normal rules apply – only one entry per person, please, and as I said, my decisions on the winners will be final.
So this is a pretty big contest and I’m asking people to do a lot – so the prizes must be amazing, right? Well I think they’re pretty epic, yes – my biggest prize packages ever, actually. There will be four ‘Grand Prize’ winners and a selection of smaller prize winners chosen. The grand prizes are as follows:
Prize #1: An Epic Bundle, a Pagoda Bundle, and an additional 10,000 crowns!
Prize #2: A Mega Bundle, a Hawkrider Bundle, and an additional 10,000 crowns!
Prize#3: A Dino Bundle, a Prehistoric Bundle, and an additional 10,000 crowns!
Prize#4: A Majestic Bundle, a Hawkrider Bundle, and an additional 10,000 crowns!
Other winners will receive Ditto’s Exclusive Warpwood Wand and crowns codes.

I have a few questions:
Question Number One: Can we take more than one screenshot and send it to you?
Question Number Two: Can we show more than one incident that we helped someone?
Question Number Three: Does gifting someone who is begging for a hoard count as doing something nice for someone?

For question #1 and Question #2 – only one entry per person will be counted, so please don’t send multiple screenshots or events.
For question #3 – sure, that’s theoretically helping someone, but since I’m judging the entries, and you only get one, is that what you want me to judge you on? Giving away items/crowns is a nice thing to do (assuming you have that) but doesn’t take much effort compared to, say, helping a new player finish Krokotopia or something like that. But it’s up to you, there are many opportunities.

If we decide to do our entry on helping people out IRL are we allowed to take a picture with our face on it or with someone else’s face on it (say, my aunt, etc.)? Thanks for hosting this great contest!

well i been helping my friend lvl up. i helped her all through marley bone and we are about to finish it with big ben. how can i show you that i actually helped her? you said only 1 screen shot is allowed

Only one ‘helper event’ is allowed, but if you have 2 screenshots to show how you helped, it’s fine.
