Jotun falls… and so does Ditto’s camera!

So I decided to try my skills against Jotun this morning – it was kind of a last minute thing because I wanted to play more Wizard 101 but the quests I was on in the game – Jotun and Malistaire – I wanted to make sure I got on video.  I set up and headed into Grizzleheim and made my way deep into the Hall of Valor and faced not only this massive 9000 health storm boss, but also his brothers and some red-shirt minion who I immediately felt bad for.

Naturally, I knew I needed help for this one, and so I hired me a couple of helpers, a level 60 life and a level 60 Storm, who joined the fight with me. With their help, and a lot of helephants and fire dragons, we were victorious and Jotun and his brothers fell!

I did have the camera set up for this, but since I did everything in a bit of a hurry I didn’t really set it up the usual way, and in the heat of battle Samantha, our black cat, decided she wanted to see what was going on, and the camera got knocked over.  It wasn’t broken, thankfully, but I don’t have good footage of this impressive fight, just a few screen shots. I’ll see if the ‘falling camera’ footage is usable, might be good for a blooper reel later…

So now I’m in Ravenscar and fighting against the dreaded Coven – so far it’s pretty cool, I like the storyline and cant’ wait to make my way to Wintertusk.

As for Malistaire – well, I definitely want to make sure I get it on video, and working out a time to set up the video equipment,

then arrange for people to join me and get through the 60 to 90 minute quest, it takes a lot of coordination, so I’m still working that out.  I’ll let you know when I’m ready, I promise!!
