Ditto Seeks a Drake Egg, Part 3 – Valeska Redwind

In the final room of the ‘Secure House’, Ditto faces Valeska Redwind, who is very cranky and not a very nice person.  This is a pretty good fight against a Myth boss and an Ice minion.  The Ice minion goes down pretty quick, but I have to take Valeska down point by point, finally defeating her with a wand spell of all things. 

One thing I did notice – I don’t think Valeska likes her job.  She was using a lot of rank 1 and rank 2 spells, which for a boss of her level is just a cry for help.  I mean, seriously – this duel is deep in the heart of Dragonspyre, I’m mere moments away from facing down Malistaire himself – is a Myth Bat supposed to be intimidating?  I take more damage stubbing my toe…
