Ditto has finally made it out of Baobab and into the savanna.  Out in the savanna Ditto gets word from Tik Tik Snaketongue that there are all kinds of problems between the various tribes, there’s a serious lack of food, and there’s not a single Starbucks.  It sounds worse than Dragonspyre…. Ditto needs to go out and help the locals in order to find out what happened to the students.  Lots of daring adventure and thrilling battles on their way out here…

So ditto has defeated bandits, gotten maps, done all the favors he could… and STILL he is not allowed to go out into the Savannah to look for the missing students! Now he has to convince one more official, but he’s gone, so now I have to talk to his lackey, Vir Goodheart, and see what HE needs done…

Oh – and 5 points to anyone who got the subtle Babylon 5 reference….

So after defeating the scary shadow bug thingys, Ditto is still trying to convince the Zafarian council to let him out onto the Savannah to look for the missing students.  Zafaria is kinda starting to feel like Star Wars Episode 1 – there’s a bunch of political stuff going on, and there’s some cool fights stuck in between the politics…  I should be able to get out to the Savannah soon, to search for the missing Ravenwood students…

While Ditto was searching for a map in the student dorms high up in the great Baobab, he is confronted by a rank 10 boss fight!  Ditto is faced with a nasty big bug boss and a shadow-web minion – and these guys mean business!  Really high health and they hit me with big spells first tun – it took all of Ditto’s considerable Pyromancer’s skills to win this one!  It seems Zafaria might be a bit more difficult than I thought…
