By way of explanation… Edgar.

So I guess a little explanation might be in order in regards to the video of Edgar this morning. Edgar is, as you may have guessed, a new roommate, and he has been VERY excited about being on my website. Of course, he doesn’t really play video games, or know much about them, and I’ve been busy with contests, etc…, so it has been hard to find a place to work him into a video. Well, today he talked Carl, my faithful (but not terribly bright) camera-bear into doing a video, but all he saw on my calendar was ‘Ditto vid blog’ and figured he’d try to do that. (Yes, I need to do a real one soon…) The video that got posted this morning was the result.

So what do you think about Edgar? He’s a nice enough guy – um, dragon – and he wants to be part of the site. What should I have him do? Any ideas?

Old McDitto Had a Farm… Contest Time!

Well May is here and Ditto has a fresh new contest – this month is all about farming!  That’s right, Ditto has seed packs to give away – these contain random seeds AND Moolinda Wu packs – as well as the BIG prize – the amazing Red Barn Farm House (with additional castle elixir) .  Now this is serious farming – Farmville has nothing on Ditto and the Red Barn Farm House!!

Ditto’s Pirates De Mayo Contest Winners!!

New Video – Captain Ditto picking flowers in the jungle… #pirate101

So to get further into the jungle, into the very heart of darkness, Ditto must get past… bees.  So after fighting warships and troggies and all kinds of nasty stuff, Ditto’s quest is blocked by small stinging insects.  Maybe the crew is allergic, who knows.  So after collecting – of all things – troggy slime, Ditto now needs to pick special flowers and mix them all together to make bee repellent.  This stuff is repellent alright..

Of course the troggies just don’t play nice, and Ditto ends up getting into another troggy fight.  Nothing his more or less adequate crew can’t handle…

It’s May, and that means it’s time for Pirates De Mayo!! For the pirates of The Spiral, this is a very special celebration filled with fun and games and pie! Ok, maybe I added the part about pie… But the rest is totally true! And to celebrate, Ditto has a fun and exciting contest!!

In the spirit of this wonderful holiday, tell Ditto what your pirate and crew do to celebrate Pirates De Mayo!
